Core
Transformatörlerin çekirdekleri (nüveleri) soğuk haddelenmiş ve yönlendirilmiş silisli saclardan yapılır. Nüveler, kayıp sınıflarına göre çeşitlilik gösterir. 0.18, 0.20, 0.23 ve 0.27 mm kalınlığında düşük kayıplı birinci sınıf saclar kullanılarak üretilir.
Teknolojik gelişmeler ve Avrupa standartlarında yaşanacak kayıp düşümlerine göre sac teknolojisi de gelişmektedir. Eco Transformator düşük kayıplı sacların kullanımına uygun tasarım ve üretim faaliyetleri yürütmektedir.
Windings
Transformer windings are winded as low voltage and high voltage windings. Copper or aluminium is used as material in accordance with the design and customer demands.
Assembly
The produced cores and windings are assembled and connected according to the design. All oil transformers are placed in the boiler after drying in the drying oven under vacuum and oil is filled under vacuum.
Painting
All mechanical parts are painted according to the surface protection procedure in accordance with IEC standards according to customer demands and the climatic conditions in which they will work.
